Delivery Information

General

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days from the moment the item is received to request a return. The day that our courier (FedEx, DHL or other reputable couriers are utilized) confirms delivery is considered to be the date of goods receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cellinger.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your goods upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy, etc. should be made as soon as practicable following delivery, and within the general 7-days return policy. We will inspect the phone upon returning it to us and refund the money only once the claimed damage/issue has been confirmed.

Reasons for return

You may request for a return or order cancellation for any reasons, but we reserve the right to deduct a 25% processing fee from the amount being refunded if the return is requested due to change of heart and not for other reasons such as defective goods, damaged goods receipt (see above). In case of returns due to change of hearts, return shipment is to be borne by the client.

Should the return be requested for reasons specified in "Damage and issues", then the 25% processing fee will not be deducted.

Certain products we sell might not work properly with a specific telephone carrier for reasons imputable to the carrier and not the phone itself. Please refer to this page to understand more. By purchasing our product you confirm that you have read and understood that we cannot guarantee that certain phones will work with your specific carrier of choice. Initiating a return for such reason, that the phone does not work with a specific carrier, will attract the 25% processing fee.

Order cancellation

Orders cancelled before shipping could be refunded only after deduction of the 25% processing fee.

State of returned items

Phones must be returned without any screen lock activated. If any screen lock is active on the device at the moment it is returned to us, any refund associated to the return is delayed until the screen lock is deactivated. Therefore, before you start any return, check and disable any screen lock by going to Settings > Security > Screen Lock and select “None” (this path may vary depending on the model - if any trouble locating these settings reach us at info@cellinger.com).

Remove any SIM card from the phone before returning it to us. If any SIM card is left in smartphones returned to us, they are not returnable and they will be destroyed for security reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
